======COVID Testing Guidelines======

- Questions
  - Influeza-Like Illness < 7 days
  - Measured Fever > 38.0°C
  - Bilateral CXR findings suggesting viral pneumonia
  - Procalcitonin < 0.5
  - Admitted or planning to admit
- If yes:
  - enter "COVID-19 Test Request" order in Orchid
  - collect nasopharyngeal swab specimen & affix order label to specimen
  - attach form to specimen to Microbiology lab
- If no to any and strong suspicion for COVID-19, call COVID team physician (Amion) to discuss test approval
