RV: 25 mmHg
PA: 25/5-10 mmHg (temperature probe)
LA: 10 mmHg
- Wedge pressure: 10 mmHg
- Can also use intraseptal, but rarely done
Pulmonary HTN: MAP > 25 mmHg

Cardiac Output

Thermodilution
- does not require room air, more accurate when on oxygen support
- less accurate with regurgitation
Fick method: assumes FiO2
Normal cardiac output: 4-6 L/min
Normal cardiac index: 2-3 L/min/m^2
